Urination frequently
I was experiencing high urination i was tensed so i did diabetes test in November and My hba1c came 5.3 my anxiety went away but again came back in January so i did kidney function test and urine routine both were normal and again after seeing reports it went away. And again in March my anxiety about peeing came and it started again. I drank 3 litres of water in 24 houurs and my urine output was around 2 litres. Is it normal? I am from Punjab and it's bit cold here these days. Is it happening due to anxiety!

Drinking three liters of water is actually not recommended, you can decrease intake of water it'll become normal
