Urinary tract infection
Hi I was getting pain in my lower abdomen . I went for urine examination . The report said pus cells 35-40 with little blood leocosytes and nitrates positive and bacteria present . As we planned for pregnency don't know wether it happened or not so I was unable to take medications with out proper advise as it may effect my baby if I m pregnant . So kindly help me to reduce uti

35-40 pus cells/hpf in urine indicates severe infection. Since you may be pregnant you have to start an antibiotic which does not affect the growing foetus. Please consult a nephrologist or a general physician immediately. Delaying treatment for UTI could lead to serious complications.

First do your urine pregnancy test. If positive then meet gynaecologist. Your urine also have infection. Do urine culture.you can take alkasol 2 tsf in 1 glass of water three ties a day. Meet gynaecologist.
