Pain in lower abdomen

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I have been feeling pain in lower abdomen area on top of genital for past couple of months. The pain is mild generally but increases after ejaculation. I have consulted a MD surgeon and got ultrasound, blood and urine tests done with a clean report. Took few medicines as advised by the doctor but the pain still persists.
