Experiencing an increased urge of urination,which has slowly changed to painful urination. Sometimes it leads to pain in the abdomen during bowel movement and burning sensation inside. I've also experienced achy pain in my left testicle while sitting with some cum ejaculated. Pain sometimes happen during ejaculation, semen is yellowish and watery
