It may be due to Urinary Tract Infection .
It is highly advisable to do Urine testing and Further work up after taking your history and general examination .
Prefer not to take medicines over the counter for Urine infection . Bcz it can make your bacteria resistant to the antibiotics .
So consult , get tested and then take medicines .

Please get your urine tested; Routine and Microscopic. That will determine whether you need to get a urine culture. You should also get a sonography of the whole abdomen.
The treatment will be based on these reports.
UTI in Females is 3-5 times more common in females than that of males. It is due to short size of female Urethra.
