Urine infection
I have slight side pain. My Epithelial cells are 7-10.  And 3-4 wbc/hpf. So should I be worried about infection ? Is it serious ?

Hello there, Your urine test seems to be within normal limit, however if you have symptoms like burning sensation/ pain during passing urine or blood mixed with urine along with fever then you might have urinary tract infection.
Next Steps
You can take tablet Urispas twice daily for 3 days and see. If the pain persists your problem needs to be evaluated properly.
