Hi... I am having this issue from the last one week that at times after urination I have this burning sensation. This is not there every time. Please suggest some medication.

It could be urinary tract infection ,please get a urine routine and microscopy done and follow up. Drink plenty of fluids. Wash the area after urination. Wash and dry your inner wear in the sunlight. Consult for any query.
