If you don't whant to fallow the doctor's advice then you will suffer.
If something is not there everytime then that doesn't means it is not there at all .
So many doctors are telling you need urine examination but you think you are over smart and having antibiotics will solve your problem then go have why are you asking us then. It's India you can go buy what ever medicine you want.

You should get your urine tested (including culture) and take antibiotics according to the report. You have to take full course of antibiotics.
So the best thing is to consult a Gynaecologist in your area who can help you.
