Urgent.please help..what this bump is
Today morning found bumps on my 2 year 10 months old toddler fingers on the right hand .. now its spreading on her another hand food and some in elbow and thighs ..please tell me what it is . My mother in law gave neem paste to apply ,i applied that and bathed her.. she is crying and not eating ,not drinking water too.. image is attached

These are vesicular type  rashes on the wrist and reason can be many like any - 1-Allergy reaction of any chemical or drink etc as contact dermatitis. 2-Atopic dermatitis like eczema. 3- Autoimmune disease  such as bullous pemphigoid or pemphigus . t-3-Any Blistering skin diseases including porphyria cutanea tarda and dermatitis herpetiformis 4-Chickenpox 5-Contact dermatitis (may be caused by poison ivy) 6-Herpes simplex (cold sores, genital herpes) 7-Herpes zoster (Shingles) And Any bacterial infection, fungal or burn etc .
