So I explain
You have mild hypothyroidism and raised cholesterol.
Pain in arm seems muscular and anxiety is also there.
To clear any doubt get TMT done.
Avoid fatty, oily food. Take more of fresh green vegetables and fruits.
For pain, take tab flexon m.r one every 8hours for 2 to 3 days, after meals.
Relax and do pranayam and meditation.
Your symptoms are likely due to a combination of GERD, anxiety, and high cholesterol. Since your 2D Echo is normal and you're only 23, heart attack is unlikely. Pain radiating to the jaw and shoulder with ghabrahat (uneasiness) can also be caused by acid reflux or anxiety.
Next Steps:
Repeat ECG and consult a cardiologist for reassurance.
Manage cholesterol with lifestyle changes and, if needed, medication.
Treat GERD with antacids, PPI (like pantoprazole), and dietary changes.
Consider consulting a psychiatrist or psychologist if anxiety persists.
Helpful Tips / Word of Caution:
Avoid spicy food, caffeine, late-night meals. Regular exercise and stress reduction are key. Don’t ignore symptoms but avoid overthinking if cardiac workup is normal.
