I feel urge to urinate after starting a 7 days detox diet. It's been a week we stopped the detox yet can't stop getting urination. Is that something detox process happening or anything serious. I don't have any other symptoms apart from this.

Healthy afternoon sir,
The main aim of detoxifying diet is to help rid your body to toxins , by allegedly stimulating the liver and encouraging toxins elimination via waste products- faces , urine, and sweat.
It is not uncommon for some detox to use laxative or diuretic so people use the bathroom more.
Frequent urination,as the the kidneys and bladder being to work more effectively

Gud morning by consulting whom u were following this detox diet pls let me know first. If detox diet plan has not been followed properly then it puts negative impacts on body sooner or later. So it's a sincere suggestion not to follow any fancy diet without taking an expert suggestion prior.
Hi,
Urination and loose stools are some ways the body eliminates toxins. Some of the herbs in a cleanse may be slightly diuretic, which stimulate the body to urinate and have a bowel movement.
But yes excess of anything is harmful. See for some days more. Then check with a Physician for the concern.
