Upper eyelid twitching

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I am getting continuous left eye upper eyelid twitching for last 1 month. It stops when I close or stretch the eye and then after sometime comes back again for around 30sec. I have glasses but there is no change in power. I changed my glasses 6 month back. Kindly advise how to stop the twitching of eyelid.
