  4. Upper arm Pain. Please help!

Upper arm Pain
I have a terrible pain i my right upper arm, between the shoulder and wrist. I cant straighten my arm or move it up. it is very painful and much worse at night. Painkellers are not helping and neither are anti inflammortories. Please help

• Hot fomentation x twice daily. • Neck Exercises. • Neck Stretching. • Postural Correction. • Shoulder Shrugs . • Core Strengthening Exercises.
