Uper body back pain
I have upper body back pain from last 4 days...it happned when i was doing workout...now its too much pain..and not able to get appointment because in hadapsar area in all hospital theres is no doctors because its Sunday...please give medicine names so i feel relax

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hello I feel there should be some type of muscle pull while doing the workout or it can be a muscle soreness because of excess of exercise..
Next Steps
You can take a warm water bath and let the warm water fall on your shoulder directly, you can alternatively do icing also as this contrast treatment has a very good effect.
Health Tips
Avoid any heavy wt lifting If it is too much painful then you can take any muscle relaxant with your doctors advise.

Hi Please try gentle neck and upper back stretches Look for upper trapezius stretch After stretching apply ice or cold pack for 15 mins Repeat every 2 hours and also consult ur doc to see if you can take muscle relaxants. Then go for Physiotherapy. Gud luck
