Unprotected sexual intercourse
Had sex on 14th and took a ipill on 15th of october, Later on had sex today that is 17th...does she need to take another i pill? Is it safe? Is there any other option to prevent pregnancy...cause it was unprotected intercourse.

Emergency pills have a high failure rate even if you taken other one she could still be pregnant prevention is before the act not after
