Unexplained anxiety
The past few days, I’ve been extreme anxiety with no concret reason. It started when I realised I had romantic feelings towards someone I am rather close to, and I suspect it could be philophobia. I have been experiencing loss of interest in my passion, as well as concentration and motivation to complete other tasks. Sometimes, I feel a tightness in my chest that makes it difficult to breathe, headaches and my vision starts to spin.
