Hello !!! Problem of weak gums and bad breathe result due to plaque and calculus deposition around teeth leading to infection of gums. Treatment of gum infection begins from thorough cleaning of teeth by Scaling and Root planing. Further, other gum procedures may also be required. Best doctor to consult would be a Periodontist(gum specialist). For alignment of teeth also, you need to visit an orthodontist, who can check the position of teeth and advice treatment accordingly.

Hi. I guess your bad breath and weak gums are because you are failing to properly clean and maintain hygiene of your teeth. This is because your teeth are uneven because of which proper brushing is not taking place. Kindly visit an Orthodontist and get your teeth aligned and meet a Periodontist for your gum problem.
