Underweight

My weight is not much as my height so I'm suffering from underweight and my BMI is 17.4 which is less than 18..so what should I do gain my weight

U need to gain 20 KGS atleast that too muscle not fat.I can help u with 4-5 KGS in month have healthy diet and exercise have good diet to gain healthy weight

Hello, have meals at regular intervals, don't skip meals , have meat ,ghee, egg, fish etc... do exercise daily ,sleep well ,avoid worries ,you can work out in gym,it increases your appetite ,don't take any medicines which are shown in advertisements for weight gain . They may affect the health of person .
