Underweight
I m not able to gain weight despite going to gym regularly . Its been 1 year since i started workout and only 3 kg i have gained. I ve been trying to take gud full diets and doing full efforts bt my body still looks skinny. I think there is something wrong with my body digestion system. So u can suggest me any medicine if needed.I want my weight around 70 kg

Hello...to gain weight go for protein and carbohydrates rich diet..don't go for vigorous exercise..Start with a normal routine walk and a healthy diet..

Hi there....as you know few people have very high basic metabolism rate. It will be difficult for them to gain weight. Also one should remember gaining weight and losing weight is a very gradual process. It will a lot of time, patience and determination. You must follow a healthy diet and exercise schedule. Start having food rich in proteins like pulses, soyabeans, vegetables, fruits, egg whiteboiled , boiled chicken. Regarding exercises, start cycling or swimming, whatever you are comfortable with and enjoy most. You can also visit a dietician and endocrinologist for further queries.
