Hi I am 25 year old 5'10ft tall but I am underweight weighing 52kgs. It can be heredity too but I feel it's because of my diet and my smoking habit as well. Because I live away from home and work in IT I don't have proper schedule of the day. I want to gain around ten kgs .can you please help me with this.

Have milk, dry fruits and nuts, banana daily.
Increase your protein consumption.
Also increase your carbohydrate consumption.
Use bigger plates to eat and eat frequently.
Exercise little daily.
