Despite having a optimum diet I am not able to gain weight. My weight remains constant at around 47-48 kgs.

For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.
