Under weighted want more weight
Iam 24 year old my weight is only 50kg i want my weight 60 kg my height is 5ft 1inch. I have less amout of estrogen and progestrone volume. I have increase my diet and take more fat but nothing is worth it now iam very stress because i jst improve my diet bt my body is nt observe it so please give me some suggestion

Hi is there any reason for you being so lean , like I hope no medical problem. Sometimes we eat good but our body is unable to absorb lot of it so eating high protein will help only if it is absorbed normally . CN suggest you certain foods by including which in your diet you will increase weight , plz contact for further query
