Are you drinking atleast 3 litres of water daily? Have you done vitamin B12, vitamin D3 & iron studies test? These tests might help you figure out why you feel tired.

Eat 6 meals a day. Add more protein rich food in your diet Eat more of fresh fruits Have a handful of nuts daily
