Under weight
My age is 25.My height is 5’10".and weight is around 63kg a month ago..what should be my perfect weight?

Hello,    According to your height 5'10" which is 175cm and weight 63 kg, your BMI would be 20.So your ideal weight can be inbetween 63 - 72 kg.,which is healthy.. You are in the corect zone of BMI.Keep yourself fit by eating in time,taking a healthy nutritious diet which should include less amount of carbohydrates,more amount of proteins and fibre and less amount of fats.So have more fruits and vegetable salads in between meals,less rice or roti with more curry,with less amount of oils.Avoid junk foods. Eat at regular intervals.Have some nuts daily. Have a healthy life
