Under weight

I'm very thin as well as my boddy parts also ,poor energy,stamina. so that i used some protine or weightgain product like endura mass etc then increase my stamina also weight but if i stoped to take the suplimnt den after some days feel same problem so pls suggest me how to gain weght atleast 15-18 kg pls help...

INR 250 for 24 hrs

As I had jaundice so u v oils, all fat restricted. U v to depend n more carbs .so add good quality basmati rice,wheat, multigrain atta,flour, corn,cornflakes, .make strew, soup of all vegetables. take max fruits two times. no tobaccos, alcohol, no stress..sleep as much as possible 10pm to 6 am. make your liver healthy, dnt take any supplement. U can take only Protinex two scoops twice with lukewarm light D.T milk.
