Under Weight

I am Akash 26 years old and my height is 5' 7" but I am under weight I tried so many things I ate dry fruites, Juces I ate chocolates I love sweets and I had it but unable to put on weight Some times I become laughing stock. I am suffering with Sero Negative Arthritis. Help Apprecited Thanks in Advance.
