Hello doctors Can somebody suggest me some proper diet chart for weight gain.my fiancee is 25 yrs and she is very very slim so want to know the proper diet chart for her to follow and increase weight.as per height what should be weight of a girl. she is 5ft 2 inch and weight will be i think 45 kg.pls tell me how to gain weight. Thanks

According to her height,  her ideal body weight should be 55 kgs. She needs to take high protein diet. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for her.

Hello, Losing weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition

She should follow balance diet with regular exercise for better absorption of nutritent I need her full history to guide her like her diet recall/ medical history if it is there/ likes and dislikes.
