Since childhood I've always been suffering from obesity from last 2-3 yrs my weight was struck between 69-70 kg, but from last 5-6 months I have uncontrollable food cravings and unable to control my appetite which result in massive wt. gain, diet and workout doesn't show any effect on body, plz guide me what should I do.

Do some physical exercise as per your choice and stamina very regularly, apart from that do physical activity as well, like to walk to do some outside work, cleaning around, working in the garden, etc. Avoid sitting for long time continuously.
Avoid sugary and fried food, Reduce portions of food eaten slightly, focus more on salaads and fruits. if possible, take only salaads, fruits, in evening and that too in late evening. Avoid drinking any sodas or sweetened drinks.
