Please share more information- are you regularly doing some exercise and physical work? What diet you are following? Are any other blood relatives also obese? Do you have any other problem except food cravings? Have you taken steroids for any ailment in past?
Next Steps
Do some physical exercise as per your choice  and stamina very regularly,  apart from that do physical activity as well, like to walk to do some outside work, cleaning around, working in the garden, etc. Avoid sitting for long time continuously. Avoid sugary and fried food, Reduce portions of food eaten slightly,  focus more on salaads and fruits. if possible,  take only salaads, fruits, in evening and that too in late evening. Avoid drinking any sodas or sweetened drinks. Do regular pranayam.  At time of food craving, instead of munching something,  try to do something for diverting the mind.  Keep yourself busy with some productive work. Focus on gradual weight reduction  instead of drastic reduction.
Health Tips
Get lipid profile, thyroid profile, blood sugar both fasting and post meal,  HbA1c, done to exclude any underlying treatable pathology. Connect with details and results of investigations.
