Loosing weight is not just an overnight game...once i think about it i will start loosing....The first habit is a Regular Sleep Cycle secondly Diet...Eat whole carbs with lots of dietary fibre like Multigrain atta and green leafy vegetables..If you are a non vegetarian eat Egg whites, stop all kinds of Red meat,Stop eating junk foods,Diet should be in multiple numbers...not 3 meals but 10 to 12 meals every 3 hours...with fruits but not whole diet, lastly most important is you need to check your Thyroid hormones,Lipid Profile and other blood parameters..to check for abnormalities and accordingly correct it....you can also check on anti obesity pills if bmi is too high
