Viral fever and craving for food
I had viral fever since Wednesday night, and today is Saturday and fever is going slowly. But my craving for food is increasing nothing is filling it I feel. Is anything wrong with me? I was on paracetamol 500mg(3 times a day) and azithral 500mg (2 times a day).

Have you visited a doctor yet? Maintain hourly temperature chart. Viral fever takes time from 2-3 days. Drink more water, ors, coconut water etc. Eat foods frequently but not heavy meals. You need it to overcome the weakness. Nothing wrong with it.
