Since last two months, I am not able to sleep properly. Means either I do sleeping for 4-6 hours maximum in a day or I need 18hours atleast continue sleep. When I am awake, I got angry on every little things. I end up either harming myself physically or emotionally else I end up with tears and broken household items. This is too much these days with me. Please help me that how I can control it.
