Anger issue with 2 month baby
Hello I am mother of two months old baby boy. I had mild anxiey diagnosed 9 months back but I was pregnant so I didn't took medication. Sonce my baby is delivered I handle my baby day and night. Baby usually wake up in night. In morning I am good. But in midnight around 1-3am  I get frustrated and get uncontrollable anger . If baby doesn't sleep and calm down I get frustrated and handle my baby rudely. I hit steel bottle on my head. Also I slap my face during facewash. What should I do to control this night situation?

Hi You are suffering from depression. Medications and relaxation exercise would help. Even if you brestfeed, there are safe medications that would help u relax. Pls consult a psychiatrist.
