Anger is an emotion like any other emotion. It is an expression of your feeling. It is fine to get angry and express yourself but if it is very intense and effecting your day to day life then you have to learn to manage and cope up with it. Counselling will help you with the same. It will help you realise your triggers and work on your thoughts. It will also help you focus on your goals, make the right decisions, realise your needs and express yourself in a healthy manner.
