I think something is wrong with me. I get angry at tiny things. Sometimes I regret doing it but can't change how I feel. I often remove them from my life after a small fight. I say really mean things when I'm angry. It's been there since childhood but it's really disturbing the way I react. I also have issues with my family. We are a happy family but inside I think we all are broke. Please help me deal with it. I don't know what it is.

Anger outbursts are seen in all individuals. However getting dysregulated at this time or getting into extremes of behaviour can be disturbing. Mental health professionals can help a person in learning some strategies to emotionally regulate at these times.
