Severe unbearable pain in abdomen, waist and back during the menstrual cycle from last 10 yrs. on pain killers from last ten years...pain not subsiding even with strong dozes of pain killers. reports suggest adenomysis....does it need surgery to remove uterus or any other alternative? does surgery has any side effects
