Hi dear, i understand your concern. For losing weight, you need to combine exercise n diet together for best results. Your lifestyle is sedentary, try to include few cardio n free hand exercises at home in the morning. Start with 20/30mon daily. Then according to need change under a professional guidance.
Next Steps
Avoid these foods - Sugar, maida products and deep fried items. Have small n frequent meals throughout the day. Have fruit and vegetables n include this as snacks items instead of junk. Drink 2.5-3lts of water daily.
