Unable to lose enough fat, especially in my upper body... I'm doing a lot of supersets and cardio workouts & follow a decent 5-6 meal diet...please help...

One thing I would like to tell you is keep patience and make your weight losing program a gradual one..do not expect tremendous results in the first 3-4 months also and its also not advisable nor good for your body to do that...do not be disheartened...continue regular exercise and diet... Do not over do exercises as your muscles may be hypertrophied
