Hello, negative calorie imbalance is what necessary to reduce weight. Do daily atleast half to 1 hour physical activity, which makes you sweat(jogging,swimming,gym,volleyball,basketball, or any activity which makes you physically fatigue) and should decrease your calories in diet like, only three meals per day and you should stop eating befor you feel full stomach, not added suger for anything, drink maore water, develop a habit of drinking green tea or lemon juice or both daily. Avoid bakery food, oily foods, and other junk foods, avoid energy drinks.
