Endometriotic cyst may be seen as hemorrhagic cyst on scan which tends to affect fertility. Consult an infertility specialist if you need a diagnostic laparoscopy.

Please consult with an Infertility Specialist in your area. It is a prolonged and expensive treatment. Please don't expect wonders. Have patience.

Cyst can resolve with medications if it's hemorrhagic. Since you are trying since 1.5 yrs and 32 already, it's better you and your husband get investigated with basic tests, if all normal, can go for diagnostic hysterolaproscopy. In that the cyst if not resolved can be drained too.
