Unable to getting pregnant
Uterus anteverted measure ( 4.8x 3.7x 3.1cm) with myometrial appears heterogeneous. Evidence of multiple hypoectchoic lesion of size 8.4x9.9 mm uterine segment 9.6x 8.8mm 7.5x5.1 mm in posterior myometrium s/o fibroid. Right ovary with 4.2x 5.0 cm with internal echoes separation s/o hemmorganic cyst. Left ovary 3.3 x 2.9 cm internal echoes separation s/o hemmorganic. Both ovaries bulky. Periods regular 30 day cycle. But only for 3 day. No pain in lower abdomen. Its need surgery or recovered with medicine. Trying to conceive frm 1.5 year but not getting pregnant. Help me out of this

Please don't bank on Tele-consultation for such problems. The treatment of infertility is very slow, time consuming, very expensive and not always successful. I am sure no one can have that kind of patience (neither patient nor Doctor) to start treatment of infertility from the beginning to the end on Tele-consultation. Please be practical.
