Your ultrasound report shows grade 1 fatty liver.
Left kidney, probably a 3 mm stone without any obstruction .Apart from these , there are few changes in uterine muscles for correlation you can consult with a gynae.You have not mentioned the reasons for requesting the ultrasound scan.
Grade 1 fatty liver is reversible with strict diet modifications like restriction of fatty and oily food , drinking enough water,and exercising regularly to lose weight.
