Dear Dr I did annual check up show fasting sugar 102.04 and fatty liver I am non alcoholic , no smoking , weight 73 kg .slim height 5.9  age 35 male.I have attached two report one sugar one liver please check reply separately for both report ..any concerns or problem in report need take medicine or both report normal or any further step is required.pls revert

The test results attached here shows FBS 102 mg Which falls in the category of impaired fasting glucose ie prediabetic. Uric acid level is slightly elevated Hepatitis b surface antigen not detected Normal creatinine Ultrasound scan abdomen shows grade 1 fatty liver,rest are normal
Next Steps
you need to do hba1c to determine your glucose status. Do a liver function test to see the level of enzymes and lipids profile. your BMI is normal

You are a boderline prediabetic with slight increased uric acid. Liver shows Fatty Liver Grade 1. Get a LFT done. How is your bowel ? Any constipation? Are you burp a lot ? Is digestion ok ?
