Ultrasound report Urgent
Hey. I am adding my sister's recent sonography report. Please advise is everything okay? LMP-9/5/2022 DGA by LMP around 7 weeks 0 days Urinary bladder : No S.O.L or calculus seen. No mass seen. Uterus : Evidence of bulky gravid uterus with well defined gestational sac with tiny foetal node seen. Small yolk sac seen. Internal OS is closed No subchroinic collection seen. Cervical canal length is normal. Gestational sac is 17mm 6 weeks 5 days +-1Week Adnexae : Bilateral adnexae normal with 3.5 * 3.4 cm corpus luteum cyst seen in right ovary. R.O. 40 * 39mm & L.O. 30 * 29mm. Impression : Gravid uterus with well defined gestational sac of 6 weeks 5 days with tiny foetal node. [Advise : Rescan after 10 days for further evaluation.] Please advise asap sir/ma'am. Thanks.

R her periods a regular 30 day cycle it delayed Is the fetal pole seen? If yes repeat ultrasound after a week If not this is not a normal pregnancy needs termination
