Please explain this report meaning. "Endometrial echo is seen in midline and appears measurement 14mm. Few nabothian cysts seen in cervix". Any serious issue let me know. Also their is no pain to patient

All depends on what is the age of patient and what day after period Ultrasound done. Not to worry abt nabothian cysts.
