Ultrasonography
Doctors always advise tvs for pcod or period related issue. I am not very comfortable with it. Can't normal abdominal ultrasound be done.Is it not recommended for good result or can I ask my gynaec to consider trans abdominal scan.

Vaginal scan is better than abdominal scan If your not comfortable let them know nd will provide you other option

Abdominal scan with a full bladder can be done if you are not comfortable with a trans vaginal scan. Let you doctor know, they will guide you accordingly.

You can do abdominal scan if not comfortable with TVS. however TVS is better.

If your not comfortable you can ask for abdominal scan but TVS gives better idea about ovarian reserve. Connect for further queries
