I am missing my  monthly period and extra 10 days over as well as pregnancy test twice time  through kit is negative. What the further treatment can i?

Is it the first time you have been missing periods or is it common usually?? Pregnancy can be confirmed by Bhcg blood test.In case if pregnancy is ruled out you have to do certain blood tests and scan to come to a diagnosis.
