Ulcers on tongue

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have got a big ulcer on the side of my tongue. It's very painful while talking and eating. Its there since monday. Is it something to worry about? It's white in color with redness and swelling around it. I apply mouth paint thrice a day and have had vitamin b complex. Should I visit a doctor immediately or is this normal?
