Purple spots on tongue
Dear Dr,
There are three purple spots on my father tongue and also tongue color purple at bottom side from 2 weeks ..sometimes it feels rough on these spots...
Please suggest what to do and is any serious issue?

Purple spots on the tongue may be due to dilated veins, minor trauma, or irritation — usually harmless, but if lasting more than two weeks or feeling rough, an ENT or oral surgeon should examine them.
