Ulcer problems
I hav multiple ulcer in mouth dr hav suggested to take liquid diet so plzzz suggest me what should i eat nd i eat tomatoes onion every day does it affect

Hello there...tomatoes are certainly a good option .!! U should also drink loads of water in order to get rid of ulcers ... Take care ..!!!

Hi.. Follow these instructions- 1. Take good amount of water everyday. 2. Drink or eat oranges or tomatoes 3. Rinse your mouth with warm water adding some salt in it . Do it twice daily. 4. Sleep at least for six hours Regards

Hi.... Avoid foods that irritate your mouth, including acidic or spicy foods...Avoid irritation from gum chewing...Brush with a soft-bristled brush after meals and floss daily, which will keep your mouth free of foods that might trigger a sore... Pain from a mouth ulcer generally lessens in a few days and the sores usually heal without treatment in about a week or two.
