I am ulcer operated person and now i want to gain weight with good personality and i start working on it but one doubt i had that whether i can take whey protiens for bulking my body.

Hello dear, thanks for sharing your concerns. It's good that you have a certain goal in your mind, good for a start. You can have whey protein, but this alone won't help you in weight gain.
